Who are we?
Algarvacation.com, Sociedade de Mediacao Imobiliaria Lda (Real Estate Agent Ltd.), a real estate agent fully licensed in Portugal by the Portuguese State (licence AMI 7224), member of the Portuguese Association of Real Estate Agents (member APEMIP 3673), specialises in the sale, rental and management of luxury mansions with/without pool and other high quality properties.
Our main activity is the sale of luxury mansions with pool throughout the Algarve, we are increasingly active in the area between Portimao and Albufeira with the focus on and around Carvoeiro (in the middle of the Western Algarve), one of the coziest and still most authentic fishing villages of the Algarve, here we are absolute area experts.
Furthermore, we offer the combination (house) management and rental in the triangle Portimao – Silves – Albufeira, among others with the wonderful still authentic seaside resorts Carvoeiro and Ferragudo and a fantastic coastal strip with breathtaking rock formations, bays and sandy beaches. We also offer this service in the “Golden Triangle”, the area around Almancil with Algarve’s mostly luxurious 5-star resorts Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. Very interesting properties outside these two areas can also be included in our portfolio in this combination. Management without rental only conditionally possible within the territories listed above, this service is not offered outside these territories.
For years we have been very successful in offering (rental) bookings through an international marketing system with existing administration, we are proud that never before owners have ended the cooperation for lack of bookings. This service is possible for properties throughout the Algarve.
Our strength lies in the intensive personal contact, combined with an extremely reliable service, both towards (potential) buyers, selling/renting owners as well as (accommodation seeking) holiday guests and thus a sense of security and trust to convey to all our customers.

We, with help of our extensive network of contacts, will find properties which might suit your exact needs within a couple of days. Of course there’s also the option of building a property exactly according to your wishes.
