A beautiful Quinta in the Vale Fuzeiros valley, successfully developed by its current owners, who established the stables and riding centre in conjunction with an adventure park offering trekking, mountain bilking, canoeing and other water sports on the lake within the grounds. The adventure centre/ fun activity centre was popular with local and expatriate resident children, plus regular bookings from schools in the north of Portugal. There is untapped potential existing from the marketing of these facilities to UK schools or as a family holiday centre. There are three large ranch style bunk rooms which can sleep a total of 40 on wooden style bunk beds, toilet and shower facilities, a tuck room and picnic benches. There is also a communal kitchen with basic facilities plus office and reception area.
The centre is licensed for 50 clients as a rural campsite. Extensive and interesting leisure pursuits include, archery, horse trekking, climbing, bicycling, canoeing, water sports and nature trail.
The timber stables house 11 horses and includes both tack room and feed store.
