Surrounded by rural tranquility with just a few neighbouring houses for company, this cosy villa is ideally located 4kms from the village of Moncarrapacho. The port town of Olhão, famous for its fish restaurants, is 7kms away and provides a quaint ferry service to some of the finest island beaches in the region. Villa Muxima is a traditional-style house with a pleasant blend of whitewashed walls, cool terracotta-tiled floors, and homely decorative touches. The open plan lounge/diner features a wood-burning fire and T.V. and leads onto the equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave oven. Of the 3 bedrooms, 1 is a double and the remaining 2 are twin rooms. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms at a charge of 35 euros per bedroom, per week. One of the bedrooms is en suite, whilst the other two share a bathroom. Patio doors open from the lounge and dining areas onto a shaded, slightly raised patio overlooking the ample swimming pool. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the spacious BBQ area with seating for dining al fresco. The paved poolside terrace is a lovely spot, surrounded by palm-scattered lawns and flower beds and enjoying a pleasantly private and delightfully tranquil atmosphere, with views across the surrounding tree-clad countryside.

Villa Muxima is gelegen op 3 kilometer van Moncarapacho in de richting van Estói, op ongeveer 13 km van de luchthaven van Faro, 7 km van Olhão en 8 km van Faro.
Door haar ligging in het miden van het platteland, is rust en kalmte verzekerd.
Er zijn 3 slaapkamers, waarvan 1 met tweepersoonsbed en privébadkamer en de andere 2 hebben telkens 2 aparte bedden. De laatste 2 kamers delen een volledig uitgeruste badkamer. Alle kamers hebben airconditioning.
De woon-/eetkamer heeft satelliet TV en de 2 grote ramen leiden naar het exterieur waar zich het zwembad en de overdekte barbeque bevindt.
De keuken is volledig uitgerust met electrisch fornuis en oven, microgolfoven, koelkast, wasmachine en vaatwas. Deze laatste 2 bevinden zich in een ruimte naast de keuken.
Er is nog een kleine garage voor 1 auto.
Maximum besetting is 6 personen.
Schoonmaak 2 maal per week; wisseling van de handdoeken 2 maal en beddegoed 1 maal per week.
